The conditions for using the Wendelmaques website: what it offers, how hiring works and what each side is responsible for.

Who provides it

The Wendelmaques website is run by WRP Consultoria e Informática Ltda (CNPJ 66.300.125/0001-45), R. Copaíba, Lote 01, Bloco B, Sala 408, Águas Claras, Brasília/DF, CEP 71919-540, Brazil. Contact: eu@wendelmaques.com.

What the website offers

AI infrastructure consulting: platforms, GPUs, model training, sensitive data, speech and integration with existing systems. Wendelmaques. The content is for information. It is not a commercial proposal or a guarantee of results for your case.

Hiring

  • The website does not sell or charge for anything.
  • Services are hired through a written proposal, with scope, schedule, price and payment terms.
  • The engagement starts after both parties accept the proposal.

Financial payment services

  • Payments in Brazilian reais (Pix, boleto and card) in WRP products are processed by ASAAS GESTÃO FINANCEIRA INSTITUIÇÃO DE PAGAMENTOS S.A. (CNPJ 19.540.550/0001-21), a payment institution authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil, which provides the financial payment services.
  • WRP Consultoria e Informática Ltda is not a financial or payment institution: it provides the software and the service hired.
  • When a product opens a payment account in your name, the account is opened and kept by Asaas, which runs the registration and identity check under its own policy and the regulation.

Cancellation

  • The cancellation and refund terms of each service are in the accepted proposal.
  • If the engagement falls under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code and was made outside a commercial establishment, such as online, you can withdraw within 7 days (article 49).
  • To ask, write to eu@wendelmaques.com.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the form to send unsolicited advertising, illegal content or messages on behalf of someone else.
  • Do not try to break into, overload or change the website.

Rights to the content

The texts and drawings of the website are protected by copyright. You can quote short excerpts with a link to the source page.

Liability

The information on the website is general. Decisions about your infrastructure depend on a review of your case. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from here.
